Initial Examination
To begin, your dentist will review your medical and dental history, and complete a thorough dental exam. This exam will include a comprehensive examination of your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw, any x-rays that may be needed, and an oral cancer screening.
Treatment Plan
Your dentist will create a long-term treatment plan for you based on your exam and history. We welcome you to ask any questions you may have about your oral health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment
At Sutherland Dental Group, we'll help you navigate our options for payment and insurance claims so you can focus on getting the dental care you need.
Insurance Claims
We can directly bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit, and credit. We also offer financing options when needed.

- How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us. Please notify us about any change in plans as soon as possible, so another patient may use the space in our schedule.
- Do you offer dental sedation?
Yes - we offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) as a dental sedation option for our patients. Our dentists can help you decide if dental sedation is right for you.
- Do you offer appointment reminders?
In the days before your appointment, you will receive automated phone appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.
- Does your clinic have on-site parking?
Yes, free onsite parking is available for all of our patients. We are also easily accessible via public transit.
