Practice Manager
As our dedicated practice manager, Dee’s duties include all the administration details that help keep our office running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Her main roll role is to oversee the non-clinical and business side of our practice, and to ensure that each of our patients receives the dental care required to meet their needs.
In addition, Dee helps us to design and implement our office administration procedures, and helps implement and deliver all dental services by assisting in the development of patient care procedures.
Receptionists
Receptionists are the first people you see when you walk through our doors. In addition to booking appointments, they perform a variety of office and administration duties, including answering your questions on dental insurance procedures.
Dental Hygienists
Dental Hygienists are licensed dental professionals who play a major role in patient education and oral hygiene at Sutherland Dental Group. Some of the common procedures our hygienists perform include: polishing, scaling and root planning, and taking radiographs. They are a tremendous asset in helping you keep your teeth and gums healthy.
Dental Assistants
Dental Assistants are licensed dental practitioners. They assist the dentist during procedures, take radiographs and impressions, and conduct cleanings and oral hygiene instruction on children. Invaluable members of our team, our assistants are essentially an extra set of helpful hands for our doctors.
Dental Therapists
Dental Therapists are primary oral health care professionals who provide restorative dental services, disease prevention and oral health promotion programs. They also advocate for the needs of clients, assist them in accessing care and refer them to other health professionals as required.
Sterilization Aides
At Sutherland Dental Group, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards for cleanliness. To this end, we follow a wide range of rigorous sterilization protocols throughout our clinic to ensure the comfort and safety of our patients and staff.
